Allergy Policy / Religious & Dietary Restrictions
Allergy Policy
We do our best to accommodate our guests’ requests. Unfortunately, however, what we can offer for food allergies is limited. We will do our utmost to help within these limits, only for guests who accept the terms below.
We cannot accommodate guests with severe or life-threatening allergies. If you have a mild allergy, please make your reservation through our online reservation system (TableCheck), and describe the details in the allergy question field at the time of booking, at least 3 days before your visit. We cannot accommodate requests made after booking or on the day.
For course menus, we cannot change the dishes for only one guest, so the dishes for everyone in your party may be changed. Thank you for your understanding.
- We have no dedicated facilities, so we cannot provide allergen-free meals. The same chefs prepare all dishes in the same space, using the same utensils and tableware. Cross-contact is therefore unavoidable.
- If we judge that we cannot safely accommodate your allergy, we may decline to serve you, putting your safety first.
- Even if you inform us in advance, we cannot guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur. In the event that a guest has an allergic reaction, the restaurant accepts no liability whatsoever.
- Additional charges may apply for substitute ingredients, and we may not be able to offer substitute ingredients or dishes.
Religious and Dietary Restrictions
We are unable to accommodate religious or dietary beliefs, such as halal, kosher, Hindu (no beef), Buddhist (no meat or fish), vegetarian, or vegan diets.
As a classic French restaurant, nearly all of our dishes are prepared with animal-based stocks and butter. We also use shared utensils and tableware.
